Telio BidCo Germany GmbH has issued a senior secured corporate bond (ISIN: NO0013593913) with an initial volume of EUR 250 million under Swedish law (the "Nordic Bond"). The Nordic bond has a maturity of four years (20th May 2030) and bears a floating interest rate consisting of 3-month EURIBOR plus a margin of 6.50% per annum.
